One Hundred Ten Point Eight

That's what the temperature read on our patio today. Ugh. It doesn't really matter what the actual temperature is. If it's over 105. It sucks. I was home today with the little ones and Cathy and her two little ones. We decided to go to the store and get a pool for them to all play in.

Spencer has no fear. He kept doing belly flops into the pool even though he couldn't get himself out of them and into fresh air on his own.

Then they took watering cans and poured water on the dogs. This is the ultimate test to see if your animals are aggressive. Two 5-year-olds plus two 1-year-olds, all attacking two dogs in this heat and there's no biting, equals dogs that won't bite under any circumstances. . .

Sorry about the lawn. It's too hot to mow it. We live in Maricopa, perhaps we can rent a cow or a goat for a day to take care of that :)

OMG, just looking at that number makes me drowsy. We've been creeping near the 70s here! Toasty!

I love that you took a photo of the temperature. It really is so hot. We've been sick and cooped up inside, but that's probably where we'd be anyway since it's SO stinkin' HOT!
